Thus, the implant procedures are more common and become a routine interventions. he current data of odontological science make the implant-supported fixed prosthesis the best therapeutic in the restoration of anterior edentulous. owever, the aesthetic problem of these edges is a major concern for the patient and for the practitioner, but with the arrival of computer-assisted implantology CAD / CAM, all the obstacles have been removed, allowing a virtual visualization of the future restoration and removing all complications of laboratory labor that could be a factor influencing the aesthetic rendering of the prosthesis.
