| dc.description | Our research is concerned with studying the quality of green spaces in the city of Setif using remote sensing techniques and information systems Geography, which is considered one of the modern and advanced techniques for monitoring vegetation cover, because of its ability to monitor phenomena over large areas Wide and different times. In this study, we tried to employ remote sensing by relying on the vegetation coverage index (NDVI) and satellite images, which enabled us to know the quality of green spaces and help in proposing necessary solutions for green spaces. Finally, we arrive at a set of results, the most important of which is the significant lack of availability of green spaces and the clear neglect of existing spaces, despite the fact that the region occupies a strategic location that makes it a destination for visitors from all other cities. In conclusion, the study recommended increasing green spaces in the city in the short and long term. Preserving what exists there, protecting it from neglect, and rehabilitating it requires the need for concerted efforts at the level of departments and associations to raise awareness among citizens and enhance Their participation in preserving green spaces | |
| dc.description.abstract | يهتم بحثنا بدراسة جودة المساحات الخضراء ب مدينة سطيف باستعمال تقنيات الاستشعار عن بعد و نظم المعلومات الجغرافية التي تعتبر من التقنيات الحديثة و المتطورة لمراقبة الغطاء النباتي لما لها القدرة على رصد الظواهر بمساحات واسعة و ازمنة مختلفة. و ايضا صور NDVI و في هذه الدراسة حاولنا توظيف الاستشعار عن بعد من خلال اعتمادنا على مؤشر التغطية النباتية الاقمار الصناعية التي مكنتنا من معرفة جودة المساحات الخضراء و المساعدة في اقتراح حلول لازمة للمساحات الخضراء .لنصل في الاخير الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها النقص الكبير في توفره المساحات الخضراء و الاهمال الواضح للمساحات القائمة على الرغم من ان المنطقة تحتل موقع استراتيجي يجعلها قبلة للوافدين من كل المدن الاخرى و في الختام اوصت الدراسة على زيادة المساحات الخضراء في المدينة على المدى القريب و البعيد و الحفاظ على ما هو قائم فيها و حمايتها من الاهمال و إعادة تهيئتها الى ضرورة تظافر الجهود على مستوى الادارات و الجمعيات لرفع الوعي لدى المواطنين و تعزيز مشاركتهم في الحفاظ على المساحات الخضراء | |
