| dc.description | بالنظر إلى رقعة امتدادها الجغرافي الخاصة وتاريخها العريق ،فإن الجزائر تتمتع بتراث غني ومتنوع. سواء ا كان طبيعيا أو ثقافيا، ماديا أو غير مادي، فإنه يقدم مجموعة من القيم المعترف بها ومشتركة بين الآخرين اجتماعية ، جمالية، ثقافية، تاريخية أو اقتصادية، و ما إلى ذلك. وصلنا إلى نهاية مشوارنا الأكاديمي لذلك أردنا أن ندرس موقع ذو قيمة تراثية كبيرة )مدرج منذ ديسمبر كانون الأول عام 2991 ،كتراث عالمي من قبل اليونسكو(، والذي يعطي لمدينة الجزائر نفس ٱخر. هو القصبة المدينة القديمة تبدو كمثال مميزا للمدينة التاريخية المغاربية التي كان لها تأثير كبير على التخطيط الحضري في الجزء الغربي من البحر الأبيض المتوسط وأفريقيا جنوب الصحراء الكبرى. مع موقعها على ساحل البحر الأبيض المتوسط. الفائدة من هذه الدراسة تركز على التراث الثقافي المعماري الذي بني في العهد العثماني) 2321.2151 ( ،و الذي هو ثمرة المعرفة والمهارات من أجيال متعددة الذين يعيشون هناك، وعاداتهم وخصوصا علاقتها مع البيئة المحيطة. هذا التراث يتمثل في المساجد والقصور والمنازل ذوي فناء )وسط الدار(. في هذه الفترة الغنية في الإنجاز، في مجال الإسكان، هدفنا هو ضمان الاتساق والاستمرارية للنسيج العمراني العتيق من خلال مشروعنا )إعادة البناء( وإعطاء نفسا جديدا لاثنين من المباني التراثية التي فقدت روحها. لا يمكن لمشروع النجاح من خلال حجمه و طوله، ولكن في الواقع إذ يمكنه الرد على الأسئلة التالية: هل يلبي المشروع احتياجات الشعب؟ وهل يضيف زائد للبيئة؟ هل ستتوفر شروط الراحة البصرية والنجاح الوظيفي، سواء داخل المبنى ضمانا لرفاهية الشعب، أو خارجها، مع الوسط الخارجي. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Due to its special geographical influence and its millenary history, Algeria has a rich and varied heritage. Indeed, whether natural or cultural, tangible or intangible, it presents a set of values recognized and shared among others; architectural, social, aesthetic, cultural, historical, economic, etc. We arrive at the end of our academic courses. So we wanted to analyze a site of great heritage value (listed since December 1992, World Heritage by UNESCO), which gives the city of Algiers another breath. This is the Casbah of Algiers Medina appears as a significant example of the Maghreb historic city that had a great influence on urban planning in the western part of the Mediterranean and sub-Saharan Africa. With its location on the Mediterranean coast. The interest of our research will focus on the architectural built cultural heritage of the Ottoman period (1516-1830), the fruit of knowledge and skills of multiple generations who lived there, their customs and especially their relationship with the surrounding environment. This heritage, finding its consecration in the Medina or the Kasbah of Algiers, results in the mosques, palaces and patio homes (Wast Eddar) ... This period was rich with its achievements, in the field of housing. Our goal will be to ensure consistency and continuity of the existing fabric through our project (reconstruction) and give a new breath to the two chosen heritage buildings which are losing their souls. The project's success and its importance does not lie in its volume and length, but actually lies in responding to questions: Does the project meet the people's needs? And does it provide extra benefits to the environment? This will produce visual comfort and functional success, either inside the building ensuring the well being of people, or outside, with its surroundings. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | De part son emprise géographique particulière et son histoire millénaire, L'Algérie jouit d'un patrimoine aussi riche que varié. En effet, qu'il soit naturel ou culturel, matériel ou immatériel, il présente un ensemble de valeurs reconnues et partagées entre autres ; valeurs architecturales, sociales, esthétiques, culturelles, historiques, économiques, etc. Nous arrivons à la fin de notre parcours universitaire. Pour notre projet de fin d'études nous avons tenu à analyser un site d'une grande valeur patrimoniale (classé depuis décembre 1992, patrimoine mondial par l’UNESCO), et qui donne à la ville d’Alger un autre souffle. Il s'agit de la Casbah d'Alger, médina apparaît comme un exemple significatif de la ville historique maghrébine qui eut une grande influence sur l'urbanisme dans la partie occidentale de la Méditerranée et en Afrique subsaharienne. avec sa situation sur la côte méditerranéenne. L'intérêt de notre travail de recherche se focalisera sur le patrimoine culturel bâti architectural de la période ottomane (1516-1830), fruit du savoir et du savoir-faire des multiples générations qui y ont vécu, leurs coutumes et surtout leur relation avec le milieu environnant. Ce patrimoine, trouvant sa consécration dans la médina ou la Casbah d'Alger, se traduit par les mosquées, les palais et les maisons à patio (Wast Eddar). De cette période très riche en réalisation, dans le domaine du bâti, Notre objectif sera d’assurer l’homogénéité et la continuité du tissu existant à travers notre projet (une reconstruction) et redonner un nouveau souffle aux deux édifices à valeur patrimoniale choisie qui perdent leurs âmes. La réussite du projet et son importance ne se trouvent pas dans son volume et sa longueur, mais résident réellement dans la réponse aux questions : Est ce que le projet répond aux besoins des gens ? Et, est ce qu’il rajoute un plus pour l’environnement? Ce qui va produire du confort visuel et du succès fonctionnel, soit à l’intérieur de l’édifice en assurant le bien être des gens, ou a l’extérieur, avec son entourage. | |
