| dc.description | في إطار التربص التطبيقي المنجز بمخابر “سالم” بمدينة العلمة )سطيف(، تم التركيز بشكل خاصعلى تقييم جودة فيتامين أظهرت نتائج التحاليل أن تراكيز الفيتامين في العينات المختبرة كانت ضمن القيم المرجعية المعتمدة دولييا، مما يدل على دقة تحليلية مرضية. كما تم إجراء تحريات إضافية لتقييم استقرار المنتج، ومطابقته لمتطلبات الوسم )الشارة( الدوائي، بالضافة إلى تجانسه ضمن دفعة النتاج. وقد بيينت النتائج المحصلة أن جودة المنتج تستوفي المعايير الصيدلنية المنصوصعليها في دساتير الدوية المعتمدة، مما يعكس موثوقية نظام مراقبة الجودة المعتمد من طرف مخابر “سالم”. يندرج هذا العمل ضمن مقاربة شاملة تهدف إلى انسجا ي ما مع التحديات الراهنة في مجال الصحة العمومية. ، D الحد من المخاطر المرتبطة بنقص فيتا | |
| dc.description.abstract | As part of the professional internship carried out at SALEM Laboratories in El-Eulma )Sétif(, particular attention was given to the evaluation of the quality of vitamin D3. The analysis results showed that the concentrations of the tested samples were within the internationally established reference ranges, indicating satisfactory analytical accuracy. Additional assessments were conducted to evaluate the product’s stability, compliance with labeling standards, and homogeneity within the production batch. The findings confirmed that the product meets the pharmaceutical quality standards set by the relevant pharmacopoeias, reflecting the reliability of the quality control system implemented by SALEM Laboratories. This work is part of a broader approach aimed at minimizing the risks associated with vitamin D deficiency, in line with current public health challenges. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Dans le cadre du stage professionnel effectué au sein des laboratoires SALEM à El-Eulma (Sétif), une attention particulière a été portée à l’évaluation de la qualité de la vitamine D3. Les échantillons analysés ont présenté des concentrations conformes aux valeurs de référence établies par les normes internationales, témoignant d’une précision analytique satisfaisante. Des vérifications complémentaires ont également été menées afin d’évaluer la stabilité du produit, sa conformité en matière d’étiquetage ainsi que son homogénéité au sein du lot de production. Les résultats obtenus ont confirmé une qualité pharmaceutique conforme aux exigences de la pharmacopée en vigueur, attestant de la fiabilité du processus de contrôle qualité mis en place par les laboratoires SALEM. Ce travail s’inscrit dans une démarche globale de prévention des risques liés à la carence en vitamine D, en réponse aux enjeux de santé publique actuels. | |
