Étude de faisabilité du barrage en terre sur oued de M’djedel dans la région de Boussaâda, Wilaya de M’sila

Abstract

Dams are one of the largest and most complex engineering structures in completion, and dam construction is not easy, which requires several studies to ensure the success of the dam and achieve the desired objectives. These studies include the feasibility study The M'djedel dam project is considered as one of the most promising projects for the M'djedel region and for the M'sila wilaya in general, this embankment-type dam with a geomombrane of 41 m that aims to revive a region of arid and semi-arid climate that suffers from increasing water stress where its sub-watershed is relatively extended in the south-west direction with a maximum altitude of 1448 m. The objective of this work is to make a feasibility study of the dam M'djedel because it is very important before the implementation by following all the necessary stages of this study ranging from the (geological and hydroclimatological, geotechnical, stability)
