L’Homéopathie : Principes, Intérêt et Efficacité

Abstract

The basics of homeopathy treatment, set out more than two centuries ago by the German doctor Samuel Hahnemann, are based on three principles : the principle of similarity, the principle of infinitesimal dose and the principle of individualism. The principles of homeopathy are applied according to the type of pathology (acute or chronic), the questioning will be different to allow the treatment to be adapted to the patient. There are many advantages to using homeopathy : the lower cost, dispensation without a prescription, ease of administration and therapeutic effects without side effects. Despite the increased interest in homeopathy by the scientific community, research remains underprivileged. The studies show all the same a real effectiveness of this therapy. The pharmacist, the first point of contact between the public and other health professionals, must therefore know and be kept informed of the use of homeopathy. Depending on the pathology presented by the man, the pharmacist advises the owner on the strains to use or redirects the owner to a consultation when the situation requires it.
