Abstract
في هذا البحث الذي يحمل عنوان: "مدينة سطيف ودورها في تنمية الأحياء الشبه الحضرية القريبة والمحيطة بها: شيخ العيفة، شوف لكداد، الباز"، والمتكون من ثلاثة فصول ينقسم إلى عدة مباحث، قمنا بدراسة العلاقة بين كل من مدينة سطيف (المدينة الأم) والمناطق الشبه الحضرية، كما اعتمدنا في الدراسة على الجزء التطبيقي، حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات ثم تحليلها، يُعد التوسع العمراني نتيجة حتمية تمر بها المدينة، وذلك للاستمرار المتزايد لعدد السكان، والذي يؤدي بالتالي إلى زيادة الطلب على السكن والمرافق والتجهيزات،تعتبر مدينة سطيف من بين المدن الهامة جدًا في النسيج العمراني للبلاد، من خلال موقعها الجغرافي المتميز، كما تعتبر مفترق الطرق للتبادل والعبور بين أرجاء البلد كله،كما تعتبر الضواحي الشبه الحضرية نتيجةً لنمو المدن وتطورها لتشمل المجال المحيط بها، كما أنها همزة وصل بين المدينة والريف (منطقة النفوذ) في المجال الفاصل بينهما، وفي الوقت نفسه تساهم في سهولة الوصول وإنقاص العبء الواقع على المدينة.
Description
In this research entitled: The city of Setif and its role in the development of neighboring and surrounding semi-urban districts: Cheikh Al-Aifa, Chouf Lakdad, El-Baz, which consists of three chapters where it is divided into several surveys, we studied the relationship between the city of Setif (the mother city) and the semi-urban areas. We also reflected in the study on the applied part where the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect and then analyze information,Urban sprawl is an inevitable outcome of the city due to the growing persistence of population, which thus leads to an increase in demand for housing, facilities and amenities,Setif is one of the most important towns in the urban fabric of the country due to its distinguished geographical location. It is also considered as a crossroads of exchange and transit between the whole country,Semi-urban suburbs are also considered to be the result of the growth of cities because they expand to include the surrounding field. They are also a link between the city and the countryside (the area of influence) in the area between them, and at the same time an easy access and a reduction of the burden on the city.
