Abstract
إن الموقع الطبيعي لمدينة بوقاعة، ذا الطابع الجبلي والمنحدرات، أثر بشكل سلبي على نموها العمراني، مما نتج عن ذلك عدة مشاكل، أولًا من حيث تطور المدينة في شتى المجالات، نذكر منها استغلال الأراضي الزراعية في التوسع العمراني. وأيضًا يمكن مستقبلًا أن تفقد المدينة ترتيبها عمرانيًا وسكانيًا على مستوى الولاية. ومن الأفضل لتحسين وضعية المدينة أن تنمو المناطق المجاورة لها لتخفيف الضغط عليها سكنيًا وسكانيًا، طبعًا بشكل منظم مع الحفاظ على جمالية المظهر العمراني وانتظام توزيعه، وذلك بالتقيد بقوانين التهيئة والتعمير اللازمة.
Description
The natural location of the city of Bougaa, which has a mountainous and muddy style,has led to its negative urban growth.This results in several problems, first in terms of the development of the city in various fields, among which we mention the exploitation of agricultural land in urban expansion. And also, in the future, the city may lose its urban and demographic arrangement at the state level. It is better to improve the city’s situation by developing the neighboring areas by relieving pressure on it, of course, on a regular basis, while maintaining the aesthetic of the urban appearance and the regularity of its distribution,by adhering to the necessary preparation and reconstruction laws.
