Abstract

The objective of this work is to assess the quality of Groundwater at the level of Bir Hadadda through the evaluation of the physico-chemical characteristics of the water and the dissolved elements in order to determine their origins, knowledge of the structures of variables on the one hand and quantify the water families by analyzes of individuals on the other hand with a multi dimensional statistical approach, in order to determine the suitability of these waters for water supply. The Mio-Plio-Quaternary aquifer system of the plain of Bir Haddada is housed in limestone and dolomitic.formations. It is mainly fed by precipitation and by faults that condition and promote the flow of groundwater. The study of the physicochemical parameters of the surface aquifer system by the analysis of principal components 'PCA' and the characteristic reports made it possible to define the main features characterizing the chemistry of groundwater (content, origin and evolution) and to put high light their dominant chemical facies, During their deep journeys.
