Habitat evolutif entre theorie et pratique : Cas d’étude à la ville de Constantine

Abstract

This work deals with the evolutionary huosing , considering the city of Constantine as an empirical focus of this study. In fact, the notion of evolution is treated in its philosophi-cal aspect and has been the subject of recent researches at the international level. Furthermore, this notion consitutes an original aspect in the housing product process. The aim of our work is based on this notion that is presented its importance in our cultural heritage, in order to for-mulate recommendations to the decision makers which neglect the reality of this notion at the the production of housing in Algeria.
