Abstract
For over a century, fluorescence microscopy has been a widely used tool among biologists due to its capabilities in detecting particles and structures that cannot be visualized using optical microscopy. In this thesis, we will explain its principle, various characteristics, and its role in metrology. By answering the question: what is the relationship between fluorescence microscopy and metrology?

على مدى أكثر من قرن، كانت مجهرية الفلورية أداة تستخدم بشكل شائع من قبل علماء الأحياء بسبب إمكانياتها في كشف الجسيمات و الهياكل التي لا يمكن رؤيتها بواسطة المجهر الضوئي في هذه المذكرة سنشرح مبدأها و ميزاتها:دورها في مجال علم القياس و مراقبة الجودة و نجيب على السؤال المطروح
