Caractérisation expérimentale et simulation numérique de comportement mécanique et tribologique du revêtement élaboré par HVOF

Abstract

Tungsten carbide coating were devloped by supersonic thermal flame spraying (HVOF) osteel substrates.The characterization of the deposit microstuctures was examined by the scanning electron microscopie to perform a finite elements analysis of the mechanical behavior. The wear evaluation is carried out using a device that allows the mechanical stresses. The objectif of this work concernes the microstructural characterrization and the study of the wear of composite coating developed by thermal spraying an finites elements analyses of the mechanical behavior of WC10Co4Cr.
