Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث، الموسوم بـ "دور مدينة عين آزال في الإنعاش التنموي للحواضر المحيطة بها (عين الحجر، بئر حدادة)"، والمتكون من أربعة (04) فصول، تنقسم إلى عدة مباحث، إلى دراسة دور مدينة عين آزال وعلاقتها بالحواضر المحيطة بها، والمتمثلة في عين الحجر وبئر حدادة. وقد اعتمدنا في الجانب النظري على شرح وتفسير المفاهيم والمصطلحات المرتبطة بموضوع البحث، بينما اعتمدنا في الجانب التطبيقي على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، ثم معالجتها وتحليلها. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على التنقلات اليومية لسكان هذه الحواضر، ومدى ارتباطهم بمدينة عين آزال، وكيفية تأثير هذه الأخيرة في الحواضر المجاورة، وتعد مدينة عين آزال من بين المدن المهمة في ولاية سطيف، ويرجع ذلك أساسًا إلى موقعها الجغرافي الاستراتيجي ضمن شبكة الطرق الوطنية، ولا سيما الطريق الوطني رقم (78)، الذي يربط بين ولايتي سطيف وباتنة، بالإضافة إلى شبكة النقل والمواصلات التي جعلت منها منطقة عبور رئيسية في الإقليم الجنوبي للولاية، وهو ما عزز مكانتها الإدارية والاقتصادية،كما أن التزايد المستمر في عدد السكان أدى إلى ارتفاع الطلب على السكن والمرافق والتجهيزات، الأمر الذي انعكس على الحواضر المحيطة بمدينة عين آزال، والمتمثلة في عين الحجر وبئر حدادة، والتي تضم بدورها عددًا من المرافق والتجهيزات الضرورية لتلبية الاحتياجات اليومية للسكان، بما يسهم في تخفيف الضغط عن مدينة عين آزال.
Description
The Role of the City of Ain Azal in the Developmental Revitalization of the Surrounding Cities (Ain Al-Hajar, Bir Haddadah)", consisting of four (04) chapters that are divided into several sections, aims to study the role of the city and its relationship with the surrounding cities (Ain Al-Hajar , Bir Hadada), where we relied on the theoretical side to explain and understand the meaning of the significance of the terms and concepts related to the research, then on the questionnaire in the applied part as a tool for collecting information and then processing and analyzing it. The study of these cities comes with the aim of knowing the daily movements of their residents and the extent of their relationship to the mother city (Ain Azal) and how it affects them (the cities).
The city of Ain Azal is considered among the important cities due to its important geographical location within the national road network (National Road No. 78), which connects the states of Setif and Batna, in addition to the transport and communication network (a transit area in the southern province of the wilaya) that strengthened its administrative and economic position.
The increasing continuity of the population leads to an increase in the demand for housing, facilities, and equipment, including the surrounding cities (Ain Al-Hajar, Bir Hadada) that contain most of the facilities and equipment necessary for the daily life of the citizen, and this is in order to reduce the burden on the city of Ain Azal.
