Abstract
تطرقنا من خلال بحثنا هذا إلى موضوع " التجهيزات التعليمية لولاية سطيف – واقع و آفاق " قسم إلى أربع فصول تضمن كل فصل مبحثين إنطلاقا من الفصل النظري مرورا بواقع هذه التجهيزات وصولا إلى الآفاق حيث توصلنا من خلاله إلى وجود تباين في توزيع التجهيزات التعليمية من بلدية لأخرى ومن طور لآخروعدم التوازن في توزيع وتوفرالتجهيزات على الهياكل والخدمات مع وجود عجزكبيرفي عدد المعلمين والأقسام خاصة في المراكزالحضرية الكبرى للولاية و هذا ما يستوجب التدخل لإعادة تنظيمها لتلبية إحتياجات السكان الحالية وآفاقها المستقبلية و الإرتقاء بالخدمات التعليمية للتلاميذ على مستوى التجهيزات التعليمية في جميع الأطوار .

Description
In our study of "School facilities in the wilaya of Sétif - Reality and Prospects", we found that there is a discrepancy in the distribution of school facilities from one commune to another and from one level to another, and an imbalance in the distribution and availability of facilities and services, with a major shortfall in the number of teachers and classrooms, especially in the major urban centers of the wilaya, and this is what requires Intervention to reorganize it to meet the needs of the current population and its future prospects and improve educational services for students at the level of educational equipment in all levels .
