Abstract
تتناول المذكرة دور مدينة بني_عزيز في تحقيق التوازن الإقليمي المحلي بين بلديتي معاوية وعين_السبت. يعد فهم هذا الدور أساسيًا لتطوير استراتيجيات التنمية في المنطقة،تعمل مدينة بني_عزيز كمكمل للبلديتين في عدة مجالات كالصحة والتجارة حيث أنها تسهل عليهم العديد من الخدمات خاصة مع توفر النقل وقربها من البلديتين،من خلال إستخدام منهجية البحث النوعي والكمي، بالإضافة الى مجموعة من الإستبيانات تهدف المذكرة إلى فهم التأثيرات المختلفة لمدينة بني_عزيز على بلديتي معاوية وعين_السبت. يشمل ذلك تحليل البيانات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية والثقافية لتحديد العلاقات والتأثيرات المحتملة،من خلال الدراسة، يتبين أن مدينة بني_عزيز تسهم في تعزيز التوازن الإقليمي المحلي في المنطقة ولكن ليس بشكل كبير وملحوظ فهي الأخرى تعاني من بعض المشاكل. وبناءً على هذه النتائج يمكن تطوير سياسات وبرامج تنموية موجهة لتعزيز الإستفادة القصوى من بلدية بني_عزيز وتعزيز التنمية المستدامة في البلديتين.
Description
The thesis addresses the role of the city of Bani Aziz in achieving the local regional balance between the municipalities of Muawiyah and Ain Al-Sabt. Understanding this role is essential for developing development strategies in the region,Bani Aziz works as a complement to the two municipalities in several areas such as health and trade, as it facilitates many services for them, especially with the availability of transportation and its proximity to the two municipalities,By using qualitative and quantitative research methodology, in addition to a set of questionnaires, the memorandum aims to understand the different impacts of the city of Bani Aziz on the municipalities of Muawiyah and Ain Al-Sabt. This includes analyzing economic, social and cultural data to determine potential relationships and impacts,Through the study, it is clear that the municipality of Bani Aziz contributes to enhancing the local regional balance in the region, but not significantly and noticeably, as it also suffers from some problems. Based on these results, development policies and programs can be developed to enhance the maximum benefit from the municipality of Bani Aziz and enhance sustainable development in the two municipalities.
