Abstract

ThesimulationandoptimizationofaphotovoltaicsolarcellbasedonperovskiteCH3NH3SnI3 hybrid material using the SCAPS unidimensional simulation tool are includedinthiswork.Themainobjectiveistoimprovetheperformanceofthissolarcellbydetermining ideal operating parameters, such as thicknesses . We then looked at the variationof the various parameters such as the absorption coefficient and the working function of thebackcontact and theserial and shunt resistance.The results obtained show that the thicknesses of the layers that provide the best electricalperformanceare0.7µm,0.04µmand0.04µmforCH3NH3SnI3 ,TiO2andZnO:Alrespectively.The best results obtained are: Voc = 9.5520 V, Jsc = 38.760941 mA/cm2, FF=8.34% andη=30.86%.
