Abstract

The objective of this work is, firstly, to design and to synthesis of a polymeric coordination compounds with magnetic properties, by association of polydentate organic ligands with metal ions such as (Fe2+, Co2+, Mn2+ and Cu2+) and anions pseudo-halides (azide, dicyanamide) as bridging coligands. To achieve these magnetic hybrid materials, we used several synthesis ways: solvothermal, hydrothermal or slow diffusion method. Secondly, we prepared a ruthenium nitrosyl (RuNO) complex with a polypyridine pentadentate ligand (LN5) capable of releasing NO•. The photorelease of NO• under irradiation at λ = 365 nm was confirmed by infrared and by EPR spectroscopy. All the obtained compounds were characterized by different characterization techniques (X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, UV-Visible, 1H NMR and by elemental analysis).
