Abstract

The study aimed to highlight the role of innovative financing tools in supporting startups and improving their financial, operational, and organizational performance, using a descriptive analytical approach and a questionnaire as the main data collection tool, with data analysis conducted through SPSS software. The results showed a high level of reliance by startups on innovative financing tools such as venture capital, crowdfunding, angel investors, and business incubators and accelerators, with an overall mean score of (3.623) and an importance rate of (72.46%). The study also revealed a statistically significant relationship between these tools and the improvement of financial performance through increased revenues, improved liquidity, and reduced costs, as well as enhanced operational performance through increased efficiency and faster project execution, and improved organizational performance through the development of administrative structures and the promotion of innovation. Overall, the findings confirm the effectiveness of innovative financing tools in strengthening the performance, sustainability, and competitiveness of startups.
