Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of digital transformation in improving the quality of university services From the students' point of view at the Faculty of Economic,Commercial, and Management Sciences at University of Setif 1 ,We adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and relied on a sample of 200 students,The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between digital transformation and the improvement of the quality of university services , It also showed that there is an effect of both the structural dimension and the technological dimension in improving the quality of university services in the faculty under study , except for the functional dimension, which does not affect the improvement of the quality of university services
