Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the impact of digital transformation on the quality of health services at the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health in El Eulma, by identifying the opinions of its employees. To achieve this goal, the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, and was distributed to a sample of employees estimated at: 39 employees. The questionnaire was divided into two axes. The first axis relates to digital transformation in its dimensions: the technical dimension, the human dimension, and the organizational dimension, while the second axis relates to the quality of health services in its various dimensions. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the positive impact of digital transformation on the quality of health services, and this is evident by contributing to accelerating the provision of services, improving the accuracy of health information, enhancing communication and information exchange, in addition to raising the level of satisfaction of beneficiaries of health services.
