Analyse de l’expression des gènes impliqués dans la réponse au stress abiotique dans différents génotypes de blé dur (Triticum durum) et d’orge (Hordeum vulgare) soumis à la sécheresse

Abstract

The aim of this study is to test different functional genes categories involved in abiotic stress response, in cultivars of different origin. The cultivars; two Algerian (" Tichedrett" and "Fouara") and one Italian ("Nure") have been subordinate to different water regimes for RSWC% monitoring. The experiment has been lead in such way to have two levels of water stresses (S1 at 40% of RSWC% and S2 at 20% of RSWC%) and a RSWC at 95%. "Tichedrett" regarding the others two varieties, has shown a greater resistance to stress tax and it has not been minimally influenced from stress of 40% of RSWC. This tolerance can be explained from the greater accumulates of transcripts of differents genes and osmolites known for their involvement in the water stress response.
