Abstract

Through the analytical study of Setif city , we focused on the existing problems of the collective houses weather it s the structure or the constructive systems , the application of different approaches has allowed us to act, firstly on the urban plan than the architectural one, so that we can finally revitalize our study area and create a multifunctional space This space is only the result of the comprehensive urban analysis and the study of so many different examples of (HRB ) in order to provide maximum comfort to the population of Setif city The result was the creation of a space where the activities of an urban city coexist , for the local population or passageway, while still remaining in the initial practice of discovering a new construction culture, aiming for the integration of new constructive technologies and techniques, creating a new urban dynamic in the context of a future development.
