Abstract
تلعب السياحة الخضراء دوراً كبيراً في الحفاظ على البيئة وتحقيق التنمية السياحية المستدامة. ولتثمين هذا الدور، لا بد من تفعيل وتنمية وتطوير السياحة الخضراء وضمان استدامتها، وذلك لا يتأتى إلا من خلال تطبيق أدوات مختلفة من طرف أصحاب المصلحة، حتى يتم الحفاظ على الموارد البيئية لفترة طويلة باعتبارها من مقومات السياحة التي لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها.
ونظراً للأهمية الاقتصادية المتنامية للسياحة، وانطلاقاً من تحليل الإمكانيات والمقومات السياحية التي تزخر بها مدينة سطيف، لا سيما في مجال المساحات الخضراء، وبالتركيز على دور هذه الأخيرة في تنشيط السياحة الحضرية الخضراء، قمنا من خلال هذه الدراسة بتوضيح الإطار النظري للسياحة الحضرية الخضراء والمستدامة، مع إعطاء أمثلة عن مجموعة من البلدان التي كانت لها تجارب في هذا الميدان للاستفادة من خبراتها وتجاربها.
وفي الأخير، قمنا بتقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات والتوصيات التي، إذا أُخذت بعين الاعتبار من طرف الجهات المعنية، ستساهم بشكل كبير في تنشيط القطاع السياحي بالمدينة، مع تثمين الدور الفعّال للمساحات الخضراء في هذا القطاع.

Green tourism plays a significant role in environmental preservation and in achieving sustainable tourism development. To enhance this role, it is essential to promote, develop, and sustain green tourism. This can only be achieved through the implementation of various tools and strategies by stakeholders to ensure the long-term conservation of environmental resources, which constitute indispensable assets for tourism,Given the growing economic importance of tourism, and based on an analysis of the tourism potential and resources available in the city of Sétif, particularly its green spaces, with a focus on their role in promoting urban green tourism, this study seeks to clarify the theoretical framework of sustainable urban green tourism. It also presents examples from several countries that have successfully implemented experiences in this field, with the aim of benefiting from their expertise and best practices,Finally, the study proposes a set of recommendations and suggestions which, if taken into consideration by the relevant authorities, could contribute significantly to the revitalization of the tourism sector in the city, while enhancing the effective role of green spaces in supporting this sector.
