Projet d’un lotissement d’habitat individuel à la cité Hachemi ‘’Sétif’’ Le type architectural en question

Abstract

With the liberalization of the land market and the advent of the law 90.29 that independent Algeria has been reborn and grow exponentially and so-called '' subdivisions' last .These are planning instrument aiming to meet the expectations of several professional categories. They consist of individual dwellings in the form of several types and models. Understanding the characteristics of these and the criteria governing, is the primary focus of this study. Note that these homes are the product of their occupants. They are a reflection of their owners. Indeed, it is inside of these houses we can find answers to the needs of families and the way in which they have chosen to meet them. This work is based on theoretical research supported by a business case, selected from several lots in Setif, and a survey of residents. The results of this study will allow us to offer new types that best meet the needs of residents. The types we have achieved take into account the new structure of the Algerian family, which operates vertically and that tends to make his house a source of investment. Thus, we proposed two types meet first, the requirements of users, and secondly the characteristics of the site. Both types typological obey the following main criteria: For the first, occupied by several households with individualized entries. For the second, occupied by a single household with a built staircase in the house. Other criteria dependent on various factors will be developed in the following.
