| dc.description.abstract | Introduction: Tuberculosis is a public health problem worldwide. Its treatment is based on a set of drugs that can cause many side effects. The objective of this thesis is the study of the profile of tuberculosis patients, to estimate the prevalence of the various side effects due to the antituberculous drugs and the practice of the pharmacological therapeutic follow-up to the patients under anti-tuberculous treatment within the of the EPH Badrea Abedelkader town of Aflou wilaya of Laghouat. Materials and methods: This is a 6-month prospective study of 22 patients on first-line tuberculosis treatment. An exploitation sheet has been drawn up for the follow-up of tuberculosis patients, making it possible to learn about the different types of information relating to patient profiles. Results: Our study shows the prevalence of different forms of tuberculosis by age and sex, treatment history, prescribed treatment protocols and duration of treatment as well as patient outcome profiles. At therapeutic dose 18 patients had developed side effects, with a total of 72 side effects reported, of 1 to 7 side effects per patient. The reported side effects are disturbances of the liver function, hepatotoxicity, skin disorders, digestive disorders, and asthenia. Conclusion: pharmacological therapeutic monitoring is crucial tool, given their ability to provide information on the prevalence of adverse effects and to establish the dose-response relationship | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Introduction : La tuberculose est un problème de santé publique dans le monde entier. Son traitement se base sur un ensemble de médicaments qui peuvent être à l’origine de nombreux effets indésirables. L’objectif de ce mémoire est l’étude du profil des patients tuberculeux, d’estimer la prévalence des différents effets indésirables dus au antituberculeux et la pratique du suivi thérapeutique pharmacologique aux patients sous traitement antituberculeux au sein de L’EPH Badra Abdelkader commune d’Aflou wilaya de Laghouat. Matériels et méthodes : Il s‘agit d’une étude rétrospective étalée sur une durée de 6 mois, et menée sur 22 patients sous traitement antituberculeux de première ligne. Pour collecter les informations des patients, nous avons opté pour une fiche de suivi des patients, établie en compromis avec le chef de service de pneumologie. Cette fiche, nous a permis de nous renseigner sur différents types d’informations relatives aux patients. Résultats : Notre étude montre la prévalence des différentes formes de tuberculose en fonction de l’âge et du sexe, les antécédents médicaux, les protocoles thérapeutiques prescrits du traitement ainsi que les profils d’évolution des patients. A dose thérapeutique 18 patients avaient développé des effets indésirables, avec un grand nombre d’effet indésirable notifiés, de 1 à 7 effets indésirables par patients. Les effets indésirables observés sont les perturbations du bilan hépatique, l’hépatotoxicité, les atteintes cutanées, les troubles digestifs et l’asthénie. Conclusion : le suivi thérapeutique pharmacologique est un outil d’importance cruciale, vue sa capacité à fournir des informations sur la prévalence des effets indésirables et d’établir la relation dose effets. | |
