Abstract
ان النمو الديمغرافي السريع أثر على تطوير العمران في مدينة سطيف، مع التركيز على الفضاءات العامة وحدائق مركز المدينة، مثل حديقة رفاوي ساعد وحديقة الأمير عبد القادر واعتمد ت الدراسة على منهجية شملت المقابلات والملاحظات الميدانية، بالإضافة إلى تحليل بيانات استبانات المستخدمين باستخدام تقنيات إحصائية وبرامج وأظهرت النتائج أن الخصائص التشكيلية والبنيوية للحدائق تلعب دورًا مهمًا في تعزيز استخدام الجمهور لها. كما بينت أن الفضاءات العامة تساهم في تحسين التخطيط الحضري وتعزيز الاستدامة البيئية، بالإضافة إلى توفير احتياجات السكان وتحسين القيمة الجمالية للمدينة، وقدمت الدراسة توصيات لتحسين تصميم الحدائق، تشمل تنفيذ سياسات متكاملة للحفاظ على استخدام الحدائق، وتصميمها لتناسب جميع شرائح المجتمع، وإضافة ألعاب تعليمية للأطفال، وتحسين الأمان والإضاءة. كما أوصت بإضافة عناصر طبيعية وصناعية لتعزيز الجوانب الجمالية والتاريخية
Description
Demographic growth has affected urban development in the city of Setif with a focus on public spaces and city centre gardens, such as Rafawi Assad Park and Prince Abdul Qader Park. The study relied on a methodology that included interviews and field observations in addition to analysing user questionnaire data using statistical techniques and software, the results showed that the visual and structural characteristics of parks play an important role in promoting public use of them. It also indicated that public spaces contribute to improving urban planning and promoting environmental sustainability, as well as providing for the needs of the population and improving the aesthetic value of the city. The study made recommendations for improving the design of parks, including implementing integrated policies to maintain the use of parks, tailoring them to all segments of society, adding educational toys for children, and improving safety and lighting. It also recommended adding natural and industrial elements to promote aesthetic and historical aspects.
