| dc.description | يتناول البحث موضوع اعادة اعمار غزة بالمشاريع الحيوية ، وتم اختيارمدينة خان يو دراسية. نس حالةً وتـنبع أهمية الدراسة من أهمية الاستخدام والترابط الاجتماعي. وتهدف الدراسة إلى التحري عن طرق واساليب اعادة الاعمار.حيث كان لعملية الطوفان االقصى تأثيرا كبيرا من خلالها قام الاحتلال الصهيوني بتدمير %70 من البنية التحتية في مدينة خان يونس بقطاع غزة مع التركيز على المرافق الصحية وتقديم حل يدمج بين الاحتياجات الطبية والانسانية . تدعوا الدراسة الى اقتراح مركز العادة التأهيل الحركي للمعاقين جسديا ) لذوي االحتياجات الخاصة ( كمحفز لتعزيز بيئة عالجية مستدامة تُساهم في تمكين الافراد ذوي الاعاقات الحركية وتحسين جودة حياتهم. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The research deals with the reconstruction of Gaza with vital projects, and the city of Khan Younis was chosen as a case study. The importance of the study stems from the importance of utilization and social cohesion. The study aims to investigate the ways and means of reconstruction, as Operation Al-Aqsa Flood had a great impact through which the Zionist occupation destroyed 70% of the infrastructure in the city of Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip with a focus on health facilities and providing a solution that integrates medical and humanitarian needs. The study calls for proposing a motor rehabilitation center for the physically disabled (for people with special needs) as a catalyst to promote a sustainable therapeutic environment that contributes to empowering individuals with motor disabilities and improving their quality of life. | |

L'importance de l'étude découle de l'importance de l'utilisation et de la cohésion sociale. L'étude vise à examiner les moyens de reconstruction, étant donné que l'opération Al-Aqsa Flood a eu un impact considérable, l'occupation sioniste ayant détruit 70 % des infrastructures de la ville de Khan Younis, dans la bande de Gaza, en mettant l'accent sur les établissements de santé et en proposant une solution qui intègre les besoins médicaux et humanitaires.
