Abstract
The extraction of peptone from bovine and ovine whey was successful. Several whey
samples were prepared and/or treated with: HCl, NaOH, and ammonium sulfate. By testing the
growth of Streptococcus sp., and comparing the sample concentrations based on different
concentrations of peptone water, the results showed that the best treatment was the one using
ammonium sulfate, where the concentration after lyophilization was 39 mg/ml. While the best
bacterial growth was obtained with the basic hydrolysate before lyophilization.

كان استخراج البيبتون من مصل حليب البقر والضأن ناجحًا. تم تحضير ومعالجة عدة عينات من مصل
Streptococcus sp . وكبريتات الأمونيوم.عند اختبار نمو بكتيريا NaOH ،HCl الحليب باستخدام
ومقارنة تركيزات العينات بناءً على تراكيز مختلفة من ماء البيبتون، أظهرت النتائج أن أفضل معالجة
كانت باستخدام كبريتات الأمونيوم، حيث كانت أفضل تركيز بعد التجفيد هو 39 ملغ/مل. كما تم الحصول
على أفضل نمو بكتيري مع التحليل القاعدي قبل التجفيد.
