| dc.description | الهيموفيليا اضطراب نزيف وراثي ناتج عن نقص في العامل الثامن أو العامل التاسع. تحسين متوسط العمر المتوقع لهذه الفئة السكانية يعتمد على الرعاية المناسبة. دراستنا وصفية، بأثر رجعي من الملفات الطبية، سجلات الاستشفاء لـ 76مري ًضا بالهيموفيليا تم تشخيصهم وعلاجهم ومتابعتهم في قسم طب الأطفال في المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي بسطيف (الجزائر) خلال الفترة من 2004إلى .2020الهدف هو التقييم الإدارة العلاجية للأطفال المصابين بالهيموفيليا من أجل إظهار الاهتمام بالوقاية الشخصية لتحسين هذه الإدارة. درسنا في هذا العمل 15متغي ًرا توفر معلومات عن الخصائص الوبائية للمرضى والطرق العلاجية (الجنس، والعمر، والنوع، والخطورة، والوقاية، وما إلى ذلك.) النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها تنص على ما يلي: جميع المرضى هم من الذكور، % 89.50أقل من 11سنة مع انتشار الهيموفيليا أ ٪) 80.26% ،(75من هؤلاء المرضى يعانون من مرض الناعور الحاد. من بين 58مري ًضا خضعوا للعلاج الوقائي، هناك 20مري ًضا يخضعون للوقاية الشخصية. أدت هذه الطريقة العلاجية إلى انخفاض كبير في عدد حالات النزيف وتحسين نوعية حياة الأطفال المصابين بالهيموفيليا | |
| dc.description.abstract | Hemophilia is a genetic bleeding disorder caused by a deficiency in factor VIII or factor IX. Improving the life expectancy of this population depends on adequate care. Our study is descriptive, retrospective from the medical files, the hospitalization registers of 76 hemophilia patients diagnosed, treated and followed in the pediatric department of the CHU of Sétif (Algeria) during the period from 2004 to 2020. The objective is to evaluate the therapeutic management of children with hemophilia in order to show the interest of personalized prophylaxis to improve this management. In this work we studied 15 variables providing information on the epidemiological characteristics of the patients and the therapeutic modalities (Sex, age, type, severity and prophylaxis, etc.). The results obtained stipulate that: All patients are male, 89.50% are under 11 years old with a predominance of hemophilia A (75%), 80.26% of these patients are severe hemophilias. Among the 58 patients who have prophylactic treatment, 20 patients are on personalized prophylaxis. This therapeutic method has led to a considerable reduction in the number of bleeds and an improvement in the quality of life of children with hemophilia | |

L’amélioration de l’espérance de vie de cette population repose sur une prise en charge adéquate. Notre étude est descriptive, rétrospective à partir des dossiers médicaux, les registres d’hospitalisation de 76 patients hémophiles diagnostiqués, traités et suivis au sein du service de pédiatrie du CHU de Sétif (Algérie) pendant la période allant de 2004 à 2020. Elle a pour objectif l’évaluation de la prise en charge thérapeutique des enfants hémophiles afin de montrer l'intérêt de la prophylaxie personnalisée pour améliorer cette prise en charge. Dans ce travail on a étudié 15 variables renseignent sur les caractéristiques épidémiologiques des malades et les modalités thérapeutiques (Sexe, âge, type, sévérité et la prophylaxie…). Les résultats obtenus stipulent que : Tous les patients sont de sexe masculin, 89.50% sont âgés de moins de 11 ans avec une prédominance de l’hémophilie A (75%), 80.26% de ces patients sont des hémophiles sévères. Parmi les 58 patients qui ont un traitement prophylactique, 20 patients sont sous prophylaxie personnalisée. Ce mode thérapeutique a permis une réduction considérable du nombre de saignements et une amélioration de la qualité de vie des enfants hémophiles. | |
