| dc.description | يتمحور موضوع هذه المذكرة حول إشكالية التأثير المباشر "للمالك، المهندس المعماري، والقوانين التنظيمية" على المنازل الفردية التي لا تزال أغلبيتها مصنفة في المناطق الحضرية. مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار كل من احتياجات السكان وطبيعة الموقع. وقد كان اختيارنا التجريبي على دراسة المساكن الفردية بحي 90 قطعة الحشامة ولاية سطيف. ويعتبر هذا الاختيار مثال توضيحي لحي سكني مميز بموقعه الاستراتيجي وبيئته المحيطة به. ومن أجل تحقيق هدف تحسين نوعية قطاع البناء بهذا الحي وفي نفس الوقت خلق نوع من التوازن بين اللوائح التنظيمية وتطلعات المستخدم، حاولنا تقديم وتمثيل أنواع مختلفة من المساكن الفردية التي تلبي احتياجات الساكن وآماله في نفس الوقت، مع عدم إهمال المواصفات المعمول بها والمستخدمة كمعايير. كما أن هناك عوامل أخرى تداخلت وأثرت على مثالية الموقع )وجود تجارة( لدلك فكرنا في تعزيز واستمرارية التواجد الحضاري بالحي مع دمج فندق بالزاوية وهذا كله لأجل تصحيح صورة حي حشمي وجعله منطقة سكنية كاملة ومتجانسة. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The work of this paper is to examine the issue of the direct impact of "the owner, architect and regulation" on the individual homes that still the majority in the urban typology, in yours and consider the context needs of inhabitants and site. Our experimental choice fell on individual student housing in the area of 90 batches quoted Hashemi Setif. A very illustrative example of a residential city characterized by its strategic location and its immediate environment. And to achieve the objective of improving the quality of the built environment sector, at the same time that the balance between regulations and aspirations of the user, so we tried to represent different types of individual housing that meets the needs and spirit of the inhabitant at the same time, without forgetting the regulations of specifications as habitat type on standards, and another type affected by site conditions (existence trade), although we thought the urban continuity of the city, with the integration of a corner hotel, in order to correct only the image of Hashemi city, and create a full and residential city homogeneous. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Le travail de ce mémoire consiste à examiner la problématique de l’impact direct du « le propriétaire, l’architecte et la réglementation» sur l’habitat individuel qui reste toujours la typologie majoritaire dans le milieu urbain, en tien en considération le contexte et les besoins d’habitants et du site. Notre choix expérimental s’est porté sur le logement individuel en étudiant le secteur du 90 lots cité Hachemi Setif . Un exemple très illustratif d’une cité résidentielle caractérisé par sa situation stratégique et son environnement immédiat. Et pour atteindre l’objectif de l’amélioration de la qualité du cadre bâti du secteur, au même temps fait l’équilibre entre la réglementation en vigueur et les aspirations de l’usager , on a donc essayé de représenter différents types de l’habitat individuel qui répond aux besoins et à l’esprit de l’habitant au même temps, sans oublier les règlements de cahier de charge comme type d’habitat sur les normes , et un autre type affecté par les conditions du site (l’existence de commerce), bien que nous avons pensé à la continuité urbaine de la cité, avec l’intégration d’un hôtel d’angle, dans le but de corriger uniquement l’image de la cité Hachemi, et créer une cité résidentielle complète et homogène . | |
