Abstract

The research aims to shed light on the role of financial forecasting models, specifically KIDA and SHERROD, in predicting the financial distress of DORIANE CARE and GLOBAL FCI institutions. This is based on a descriptive-analytical approach through the analysis of the financial data of the two institutions under study and predicting their financial distress using financial analysis tools, particularly the KIDA and SHERROD models. It was found that the results of the two models differ from each other due to the different financial ratios each model relies on, as well as the different financial structures of the two institutions. The study recommended the necessity of using a combination of models periodically to accurately diagnose the financial situation and achieve optimal financial performance.
