| dc.description | يهدف البحث الى تسليط الضوء على دور نماذج التنبؤ المالي بالخصوص KIDA وSHERROD في التنبؤ بالتعثر المالي لمؤسستي DORIANE CARE و GLOBAL FCI ، اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك من خلال تحليل البيانات المالية للمؤسستين محل الدراسة والتنبؤ بتعثرهما المالي باستخدام أدوات التحليل المالي وبالأخص نماذج KIDA و SHERROD حيث تم التوصل الى أن نتائج النموذجين تختلف فيما بينها وهذا راجع لاختلاف النسب المالية التي يعتمدها كل نموذج، وكذا اختلاف الهيكل المالي للمؤسستين، حيث أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة استخدام مزيج من النماذج وبصفة دورية بهدف تشخيص الوضع المالي بدقة وتحقيق الأداء المالي الامثل. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The research aims to shed light on the role of financial forecasting models, specifically KIDA and SHERROD, in predicting the financial distress of DORIANE CARE and GLOBAL FCI institutions. This is based on a descriptive-analytical approach through the analysis of the financial data of the two institutions under study and predicting their financial distress using financial analysis tools, particularly the KIDA and SHERROD models. It was found that the results of the two models differ from each other due to the different financial ratios each model relies on, as well as the different financial structures of the two institutions. The study recommended the necessity of using a combination of models periodically to accurately diagnose the financial situation and achieve optimal financial performance. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Cette étude vise à mettre en lumière le rôle des modèles de prévision financière, notamment les modèles KIDA et SHERROD, dans la prévision de la défaillance financière des entreprises DORIANE CARE et GLOBAL FCI, en s’appuyant sur une approche descriptive et analytique. Pour ce faire, les données financières des deux entités étudiées ont été analysées et leur défaillance financière a été prédite à l’aide d’outils d’analyse financière, notamment les modèles KIDA et SHERROD. Il a été constaté que les résultats des deux modèles diffèrent, ce qui s’explique par les ratios financiers différents utilisés par chacun d’eux, ainsi qu’à la structure financière différente des deux entités. L’étude a ainsi recommandé d’utiliser régulièrement une combinaison de ces modèles afin de diagnostiquer avec précision la situation financière et d’optimiser la performance financière. | |
