La dimension écologique dans la conception architecturale Projet : Tour multifonctionnelle à Sétif

Abstract

High-rise buildings are very common around the world, but in Algeria, they remain relatively rare. These structures, often criticized for their high energy consumption, are beginning to be recognized for their potential to be environmentally friendly. My final year project proposes the construction of a tower in Setif that could serve as a benchmark for future buildings. This tower is designed not only to meet current needs but also to anticipate future requirements, incorporating ecological principles and advanced technologies from the outset. It offers a modern and comfortable living environment that significantly improves the quality of life for its residents while minimizing environmental impact. This project illustrates a new approach to collective housing in Sétif, combining sustainability and comfort.
