| dc.description | مدينة تنس هي واحدة من المدن الاستعمارية الجزائرية الساحلية. المدينة البحرية، فريدة من نوعها في الموقع واجهة بين اثنين من المجالات )البحرية والبرية(. المدينة البحرية، تأتي في الجانب مزدوج جذابة و منفرة دراستنا ترتكز على منطقة حضرية في الجزء الشمالي من وسط المدينة تتميز بوجود خاصية تراث تعطي منظر جميل من أعلى البحر هو ما يسمى ب "شرفة على البحر مكان يتجمع فيه الشباب للترفيه والمتعة، ولعب كرة القدم... الخ أنها محاطة بالمباني الاستعمارية. ولكن، لا يمكن المساس بهذه المناظر لجميع سكانها هذا هو السبب في أن الهدف من هذا العمل هو محاولة لإنشاء ارتباط بين مركز المدينة والبحر وتقديم الأفضل دائما للمنطقة من وظائف من خلال التحليل لحالتنا، فإننا نقترح في نهاية مشروع إعادة تهيئة فضاء عام ، بالإضافة لإعادة التأهيل منزل الى منزل للشباب . | |
| dc.description.abstract | City Ténès is one of the Algérien coastal colonial cities. The maritime city, unique in its location, interface between two spheres of transport (maritime and terrestrial), city and sea,show a balant and visible repture, come in double aspect, attractive and repulsive Our study focuses on an urban area in the northern part of downtown Tenes characterized by the presence of a heritage property and gives a nice view from the top of the sea is what is called "the balcony on the sea", a place where the young people gather and meet, have fun, play football ... etc. It is surrounded by colonial buildings. | dc.description.sponsorship | La ville de Ténès est l’une des villes coloniales algériennes côtières. La ville maritime, unique par son emplacement, en interface entre deux sphères de transports (maritime et terrestre), ville et mer, témoignent d’une rupture flagrante et visible, les villes maritimes, se présentent sous double aspects, attractif et répulsif. Notre étude porte sur un secteur urbain dans la partie nord du centre ville de Ténès, caractérisé par la présence d'un bien patrimonial et donne une belle vue d’en haut sur la mer c’est ce qu’on l’appelle « le balcon sur la mer », un lieu où, la population des jeunes se regroupent et se rencontrent, s’amusent, jouent du foot …etc.il est entouré par des édifices coloniaux. Mais cette vue reste inaccessible, intouchable pour tous ses habitants. C’est pour cela que, l’objectif de ce travail est d’essayer de créer une liaison entre le centre ville de Ténès et sa mer et (ouvrir cette zone au habitant) et redonner au secteur d’intervention sa fonctionnalité en s’appuyant sur les potentialités existantes. L'analyse de notre cas d'étude nous a permis à la fin de proposer un projet de réaménagement de terrain de la pointe par la création d’une promenade et bénéficier de cette vue qu’il possède d’en haut en plus la reconversion d’une maison en une maison de jeune pour qu’elle soit connecter avec se terrain. | |
