| dc.description | This research aims to examine the mechanisms for the sustainable management and guidance of the urban spatial dynamics of the city of Ain Azel, as well as to assess their impacts, particularly on the environment. It also seeks to determine and evaluate the spatial suitability of different urban dynamics up to the 2050 horizon and to produce sustainable spatial suitability maps that guide the development of the existing urban fabric and direct future urban expansion toward the most suitable areas while preserving agricultural land and avoiding zones exposed to natural hazards. The ultimate objective is to promote sustainable urban development, sustainable urban transport, and sustainable waste management,The study adopts a spatial analysis approach based on the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing techniques. The findings reveal that the city of Ain Azel is characterized by a fragmented urban fabric and urban expansion occurring at the expense of agricultural land and flood-prone areas. This situation is mainly attributed to the insufficient consideration of environmental constraints in land-use planning, as well as the limited effectiveness of planning and urban management tools in controlling urban growth,Based on these findings, the spatial suitability of the major urban dynamics was evaluated using the Weighted Overlay and Fuzzy Overlay methods. The results identified the most suitable areas for various urban planning interventions, including the establishment of a Central Business District (CBD) and a secondary administrative and tourism center. They also indicated that the most appropriate direction for future urban expansion is toward the northern and northeastern parts of the city while making efficient use of vacant urban spaces capable of meeting future land demand in the short and medium term, with due consideration for ecological sustainability,Furthermore, the study identified the most suitable locations for major urban facilities and infrastructure required to support sustainable urban management, particularly in the fields of urban transportation, waste management, and renewable energy production,Finally, the research highlights the necessity of adopting modern scientific approaches and advanced spatial planning and management techniques to achieve sustainable urban development and support the transition toward green and smart cities. | |
| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أساليب التحكم والتوجيه المستدام لديناميكية المجال العمراني بمدينة عين أزال، وتقييم الآثار المترتبة عنها، خاصة على البيئة، مع تحديد وتقييم الملاءمة المكانية لمختلف الديناميكيات العمرانية خلال الفترة المستقبلية الممتدة إلى آفاق سنة 2050. كما يهدف إلى إنتاج خريطة للملاءمة المكانية المستدامة تسهم في توجيه التطور العمراني للنسيج الحضري القائم، وتحديد اتجاهات التوسع العمراني نحو المناطق الأكثر ملاءمة، مع تجنب الأراضي الفلاحية والمناطق المعرضة للأخطار الطبيعية، تحقيقًا لتنمية عمرانية مستدامة، ونقل حضري مستدام، وتسيير مستدام للنفايات،واعتمدت الدراسة على منهجية التحليل المكاني باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) وتقنيات الاستشعار عن بُعد. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن مدينة عين أزال تعاني من نسيج عمراني متقطع، ومن توسع حضري يتم على حساب الأراضي الفلاحية والمناطق المعرضة لخطر الفيضانات، نتيجة غياب مراعاة العوامل البيئية في تخطيط استعمالات الأرض، إضافة إلى محدودية أدوات التهيئة والتعمير في التحكم في هذا التطور العمراني،وانطلاقًا من هذه المعطيات، جرى تقييم الملاءمة المكانية لمختلف ديناميكيات المجال العمراني الرئيسية وفق منهجية التطابق الموزون والتطابق الضبابي (Fuzzy Overlay). وأظهرت النتائج أن أفضل المناطق الملائمة لتدخلات التهيئة تتمثل في إنشاء منطقة أعمال مركزية (CBD)، ومركز ثانوي إداري وسياحي، كما حُدد الاتجاه الأنسب لتوسع مدينة عين أزال في الجهتين الشمالية والشمالية الشرقية، مع وجود جيوب عمرانية فارغة داخل المجال الحضري تمثل احتياطيًا عقاريًا قادرًا على تلبية الطلب المستقبلي على الأراضي خلال المديين القريب والمتوسط، مع الحفاظ على التوازنات الإيكولوجية،كما حددت الدراسة أكثر المواقع ملاءمة لإنجاز التجهيزات والمنشآت الكبرى الضرورية لتحقيق التسيير الحضري المستدام، ولا سيما في مجالات النقل الحضري، وتسيير النفايات، وتوفير الطاقة المتجددة،وتؤكد نتائج الدراسة ضرورة اعتماد مناهج علمية حديثة ومتطورة في تخطيط وتسيير المجال العمراني، بما يضمن تحقيق التنمية الحضرية المستدامة، ويرتقي بالمنظومة العمرانية نحو نموذج المدن الخضراء والمدن الذكية. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Cette recherche vise à étudier les mécanismes de contrôle et d’orientation durable de la dynamique de l’espace urbain de la ville d’Aïn Azel, ainsi qu’à évaluer les impacts qui en découlent, notamment sur l’environnement. Elle a également pour objectif de déterminer et d’évaluer l’aptitude spatiale des différentes dynamiques urbaines à l’horizon 2050, puis de produire des cartes d’aptitude spatiale durable permettant d’orienter le développement du tissu urbain existant et l’expansion urbaine vers les zones les plus favorables, tout en préservant les terres agricoles et en évitant les secteurs exposés aux risques naturels, afin de promouvoir un développement urbain durable, un transport urbain durable et une gestion durable des déchets,L’étude s’appuie sur une méthodologie d’analyse spatiale fondée sur l’utilisation des Systèmes d’Information Géographique (SIG) et des techniques de télédétection. Les résultats montrent que la ville d’Aïn Azel est caractérisée par un tissu urbain discontinu et une expansion urbaine qui s’effectue au détriment des terres agricoles et des zones exposées au risque d’inondation. Cette situation résulte notamment de la faible prise en compte des contraintes environnementales dans la planification de l’occupation du sol, ainsi que des limites des instruments d’aménagement et d’urbanisme dans la maîtrise de cette dynamique,À partir de ces constats, une évaluation de l’aptitude spatiale des principales dynamiques urbaines a été réalisée selon les méthodes de superposition pondérée (Weighted Overlay) et de superposition floue (Fuzzy Overlay). Les résultats ont permis d’identifier les secteurs les plus favorables aux différentes interventions d’aménagement, notamment pour l’implantation d’un quartier central des affaires (CBD) et d’un centre secondaire à vocation administrative et touristique. Ils ont également mis en évidence que l’extension future de la ville devrait s’orienter principalement vers les secteurs nord et nord-est, tout en valorisant les espaces vacants situés à l’intérieur du tissu urbain, capables de répondre aux besoins fonciers à court et à moyen terme dans une perspective de préservation des équilibres écologiques,L’étude a également permis de localiser les sites les plus appropriés pour l’implantation des grands équipements structurants nécessaires à une gestion urbaine durable, notamment dans les domaines des transports urbains, de la gestion des déchets et de la production d’énergies renouvelables,Enfin, cette recherche souligne la nécessité de recourir à des approches scientifiques modernes et à des outils avancés de planification et de gestion territoriale afin de promouvoir un développement urbain durable et de favoriser la transition vers des villes vertes et intelligentes. | |
