| dc.description | Choosing the growth urban in mazlouge, like a matter and his relation with the environment who surrounded him, it is a subject funny and complicated also, this complexity caused by the large area, Mazloug extending between al hchichia northwest and hammam ouled yelles in the southeast, and reaches to bordj bouariridj borders,The commune center and his nearest from the capital (11 km south) make it depend on setif. In the nearly past when mazloug doesn’t have any college, the students was moving to setif for study. Malika gayed colleg was one of the receivers, But during our recent study we found a growth urban accompanying with his movement nationally,Resulted a lot of equipment and facilities, with take care of the geographic space who separates the three urban agglomeration. | |
| dc.description.abstract | إن اختيار موضوع إشكالية النمو العمراني مزلوق وعلاقته بالمحيط المنوط به لجذاب ومعقد في آن. ذلك أن البلدية المعنية مترامية الأطراف بين تجمعي الحشيشية شمال غرب وحمام أولاد يلس جنوب غرب الذي يمتد حتى التخوم الجنوبية الشرقية لولاية برج بوعريريج. أما عن مقر البلدية )مزلوق( فقربها ودنوها من عاصمة الولاية "سطيف") 11 كلم جنوبا( يجعلها تتكئ كثيرا عليها. فليس بالماضي البعيد حين لم يكن بها أي ثانوية وكان يتنقل طلبتها وطالباتها إلى ثانويات مدينة سطيف ولاسيما ثانوية مليكة قايد. لكن من خلال دراستنا لها مؤخرا اِتضح لنا أن هناك نموا عمرانيا مواكبا لحركته وطنيا، فتبع النمو العمراني جملة من المرافق والتجهيزات، مع الأخذ بعين الإعتبار الوة الجغرافية بين التجمعات العمرانية الثلاثة. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Le choix du thème : « la problématique de la croissance urbaine dans la commune de Mezloug » et son rapport au cadré inhérent est attrayant et complexe à la fois ;du fais que la commune considérée s’etale entre deux agglomérations à savoir EL-HACHICHIA au NORD –ouest et HAMMAM-ouled yellles au SUD-OUEST s’étirant jusqu’aux confin SUD-EST de la wilaya BBA . Quuant au chef-lieu qu’est « mezloug » et sa proximité de la wilaya capitale « sétif » ;(11km au SUD)la laissée dépourvue d’équipements et d’infrastructures . par si longtemps ; « Mezloug » ne s’est pas dotée de lycée ; car les élèves du secondaire se déplaçaient pour étudier nottament au lycée MALIKA GAID.Par contre et du fais de notre étude sur le site dernièrement ; nous avons constaté que la croissance urbaine dans cette commune et notamment dans le chef-lieu va crrescend o ;et suivaient après les équipements et infrastructures ; tout en prenant en compte l’espace géographique qui sépare les trois localités. | |
