Requalification des abords des édifices à valeurs patrimoniales « La Casbah d’Alger Quartier Souk El Djemâa »

Abstract

It’s to find an answer to the major problem that concern us: it is necessary to make a return to the source of the history of the Algiers Casbah which this work is organized into two parts: one on the theoretical plane and the other on the practical plane. In this regard, in the first part of this study we started a literature reading about a different concept that turns around the heritage and the concept that characterize Casbah of Algiers, follows with an analysis of five approaches to get to have a cross-reading of the peculiarities and problems of our study area, that we highlighted the objectives and the intentions which are : application of the low :98-04, Article 17 which speaking about the protection of the surroundings of the historical monuments and the development of our district. For the second part: the practical plane, it’s mean the proposition of a plan of intervention stock, delimitation of the intervention part and an urban planning proposal compared to the existing and history like “Souk” (market) instead of the existing illicit market with adding other functions to strengthen tourism and cultural vocations commercial sector, , also for better imagibility of our sector, view that the market “Souk” is at the edge of a major axis and structuring the Casbah of Algiers (Street Beb el Oued).
