| dc.description | يشكل سرطان الجهاز التنفسي والهضمي العلوي مشكلة صحية عامة عالمية رئيسية، ترتبط ارتبا ًطا وثيقًا بالتدخين واستهلاك الكحول وعوامل خطر أخرى؛ الكشف المبكر، الوقاية والعلاجات المتعددة التخصصات ضرورية لتحسين النتائج السريرية وتقليل عبء هذا المرض في الوقت الحالي، تُعتبر استراتيجية الرادبلات هي الأكثر استخدا ًما في علاج سرطان الجهاز التنفسي والهضمي العلوي ؛ في هذا العمل، قمنا بدراسة فعالية وسلامة استخدام السيسبلاتين عند استخدامه بالتزامن مع العلاج الإشعاعي من خلال فحص بيانات عدة دراسات سريرية، التي تسلط الضوء على أهمية هذا النهج في إدارة هذه السرطانات، وجدنا أن دمج السيسبلاتين مع العلاج الإشعاعي يؤدي إلى تحسين كبير في معدل استجابة الورم وبقاء المرضى على قيد الحياة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، .تناولت هذه الدراسات التحديات المرتبطة بهذا العلاج المشترك، مثل الآثار الجانبية والسمية المرتبطة بالعلاج في الملخص، يبرز عملنا الدور الحاسم للسيسبلاتين في العلاج المتعدد التخصصات لسرطان الجهاز التنفسي والهضمي العلوي ، مع التأكيد على ضرورة إجراء دراسات جديدة حول استخدام الرادبلات في علاج هاته السرطانات. وبذلك، نساهم في تقدم المعرفة وتحسين رعاية المرضى | |
| dc.description.abstract | Upper aero digestive tract cancer (ORL) represents a major global public health issue, closely linked to smoking, alcohol consumption, and other risk factors. Early detection, prevention, and multimodal treatments are essential to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the burden of this disease. Currently, RADPLAT is the most commonly used therapeutic strategy in the management of ORL cancer. In this study, we explored the efficacy and safety of cisplatin when used in combination with radiotherapy. By examining data from several clinical studies that highlighted the importance of this approach in managing these cancers, we found that the combination of cisplatin with radiotherapy leads to a significant improvement in tumor response rate and patient survival. Furthermore, these studies addressed the challenges associated with this therapeutic combination, such as treatmentrelated side effects and toxicity. In summary, our work underscores the crucial role of cisplatin in the multimodal treatment of ORL cancer, while also highlighting the need for further studies on the use of RADPLAT in the management of ORL cancers. In doing so, we contribute to the advancement of knowledge and improvement of patient care. | |

A l’heure actuel ; le RADPLAT est la stratégie thérapeutique la plus couramment utilisé dans la prise en charge de cancer ORL ; dans ce travail nous avons exploré l'efficacité et la sécurité du cisplatine lorsqu'il est utilisé en combinaison avec la radiothérapie.
