| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر ولاية سطيف ذات مكانة تاريخية هامة بفضل موقعها الجغرافي المتميز، مما منحها مكانة إقليمية بارزة، باعتبارها نقطة عبور والتقاء من خلال شبكة الطرق والتدفقات التي لها تأثيرات قوية على انتعاش المجال. وبالتالي يظهر الفرق الكبير والاختلال بين مجالات الولاية، حيث تعتبر البنية التحتية للنقل من أهم عناصر التهيئة الإقليمية التي تعمل على خلق محاور التبادلات،وتعد شبكة النقل في شوف لكداد من أهم الشبكات في المدينة، إلا أنها تتميز في الوقت ذاته بنقص كبير في حافلات النقل الحضري، وسوء التنظيم، وانتشار الفوضى، وغياب تهيئة الهياكل القاعدية، إضافة إلى انعدام الاحترافية. | |
