| dc.description | Our research is concerned with studying urban expansion and its effects on the agricultural lands of the city of Setif by using geomatic techniques (remote sensing, geographic information systems) during different periods of time (1984.2008.2022) and its effects on the environment , many different factors wether socially economic ,natural ,humanity , played essential role in this expansion . In the research we rely on spase visialization during (1984.2008.2022) in order to get changes that have occurred at the city level of the classification that we re relay on our research such as : «plant urbanism ,agricultural lands(forest) ,barren land, water,Theough that the urbain areas are witnessed acontinous increase at agricultural land expens .So we get that the vegitation is in a cotinous derease thats why it is necessary to pay attention to this field by applying a remote sensing system and geographical information system to display its effective role in order to make a decision and archieve urbain development which contribute a correct and stainable planning to the urbain expansion. | |
| dc.description.abstract | يهتم بحثنا بدراسة التوسع الحضري وآثاره على الأراضي الزراعية بمدينة سطيف باستعمال تقنيات الجيوماتيك (الاستشعار عن بعد ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية) خلال الفترات الزمنية (1984، 2008، 2022)، وآثاره على المجال الزراعي من ناحية الأراضي الزراعية والبيئة. فقد لعبت العديد من العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والطبيعية والبشرية دورًا أساسيًا في هذا التمدد. واعتمدنا في بحثنا على المرئيات الفضائية للسنوات (1984، 2008، 2022) للوصول إلى التغيرات التي حدثت على مستوى المدينة، والمتمثلة في التوزيع المساحي والنسبي لاستخدامات الأراضي، واستخلاص النتائج والمعلومات الخاصة بالتصنيفات التي اعتمدنا عليها في البحث، والمتمثلة في: العمران، والغابات، والأراضي الزراعية، والأراضي الجرداء، والمياه، وتحليلها، وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى نتائج تبين أن المناطق العمرانية شهدت زيادة مستمرة بوتيرة سريعة، سُجلت على حساب الأراضي الزراعية بنسبة كبيرة، الأمر الذي يدل على أن الغطاء النباتي في تناقص مستمر. لذا وجب الاهتمام بهذا الجانب الحساس من خلال تطبيق التقنيات الحديثة، والمتمثلة في تطبيقات الجيوماتيك ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية، وإبراز دورها الفعال في المساعدة على اتخاذ القرار وتحقيق التنمية العمرانية، بما يساهم في التخطيط المستدام والسليم للتوسع الحضري. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Notre recherche porte sur l'étude de l'expansion urbaine et de ses effets sur les terres agricoles de la ville de Sétif en utilisant des techniques géomatiques (télédétection, systèmes d'information géographique) à différentes périodes de temps,(1984. 2008.2022) et ses effets sur les terres agricoles, l’environnement : les conditions sociales, économiques, naturelles, humaines qui jouent un rôle principale dans le fait d’urbanisation. Nous nous sommes dépensés sur les visuels satellites (1984. 2008. 2022) pour atteindre aux changements qui se sont produites au niveau de la ville (la distribution spatiale des utilisations des sols, en extrayant des résultats et des informations de classification sur lesquelles nous nous sommes appuyé : (l’urbanisme, les forêts. Les terres agricoles. Sol nu. L’eau) et leur analyse,si bien que l’étude s'est terminée par des résultats indiquant que les zones urbaines sont en augmentation au niveau des terres agricoles. Ce qui nous amène au fait que la végétation est en diminution continue. Alors il faut faire attention à cet aspect qui affect affecte l’application des différents techniques modernes et leurs rôles efficaces dans la prise des décisions et la réalisation du développement urbanisme. | |
