Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى مدى توازن الخدمات التجارية مع الحجم السكاني ببلديات إقليم السهول العليا لولاية سطيف و التعريف بالمفاهيم حول الخدمات التجارية حيث تم الاعتماد في هدا البحث العلمي على المنهجين الوصفي وذلك بالتطرق الى الخدمات التجارية و مستوياتها و المنهج الإحصائي التحليلي بتحليل وضعية الخدمات التجارية عبر بلديات لاالإقليم . لجأنا الى استخدام برنامج arc gis في إعداد الخرائط وبرنامج Excel من اجل معالجة المعطيات و تحليل البيانات الإحصائية و إعطاء تفسيرات منطقية. خلصت الدراسة الى انه رغم كثافة الأنشطة التجارية إلا أنها لا تتوزع بشكل متكافئ عبر بلديات الإقليم , كما كشفت الدراسة على وجود علاقة ارتباط بين عدد المحلات وعدد السكا ن,الذي ألزم السلطات المحلية بضرورة تنظيمها وتوزيعها بشكل جيد لتلبية الاحتياجات السكانية بالشكل المطلوب ,وإنشاء فضاءات تجارية منظمة للأنشطة الموزعة بشكل غير قانوني.
Description
The aim of this study is to study the extent to which commercial services are balanced with the population size of the municipalities of the Upper Plains region of Setif State and to introduce concepts about commercial services. This scientific research has been based on the descriptive methodologies. We resorted to the use of arc gis in mapping and Excel to process data, analyse statistical data and give rational explanations. The study concluded that although commercial activities were intense, they were not evenly distributed across the Territory's municipalities, the study revealed a correlation between the number of shops and the population, which obliged local authorities to organize and distribute them well to meet the demographic needs required, and to establish organized commercial spaces for illegally distributed activities.
