The results enhance the understanding of the damage mechanisms and provide damage thresholds to guide the safe use of lasers. Additionally, the thesis emphasizes the possibility of surface engravings without compromising the material's depth. These advancements offer new perspectives in various fields where detailed engravings are required while preserving the material's integrity.
