Etude diachronique et évolution du phénomène d’urbanisation de la commune de Beni Aziz, approche cartographique et statistique

| dc.description | This research is based on the diachronic study of the urban development of the municipality of Beni Aziz in light of the demographic growth taking place. Where we focused in our study on the expansion of the urban area between the periods of 2002 and 2022, the appearances of urbanization in terms of constructions and infrastructures, the diversity of its forms, and the study of the statistics of demographic increase. The diachronic study of urbanization in the municipality of Beni Aziz has highlighted the very significant increase in the built area during the last 20 years, where the built area has increased from 200 ha to 400 ha. This evolution recorded in such a short period of time by comparing its evolution during the 40 years from 1960 to 2000, reflects a relatively accelerated pace. The study was carried out with the help of the tools of development and urban planning, collecting the necessary information and assistance from the various services of the municipality and the Daira, as well as using the geographical, spatial and temporal information of the municipality and satellite images of Landsat 5 and 7 then it was processed using geographic information systems, then analyzed and interpreted to give a clear picture of the development of the municipality during those years. In addition, the study focused on the reasons behind this accelerated urbanization that has marked the last two decades. Despite the positive aspects of a social nature of this urbanization, the negative aspects are notorious and expressed by a scarcity of land and very significant difficulties in urban management and its periphery. | |
| dc.description.abstract | L’étude diachronique de l’urbanisation dans la commune de Beni Aziz a mis en évidence l’augmentation très importante de la surface construite durant les 20 dernières années, où la surface construite a passé de 200 ha à 400 ha. Cette évolution enregistrée dans un laps de temps si court en comparant son évolution durant les 40 années allant de 1960 à 2000, traduit un rythme relativement accéléré. L’étude a été réalisée en s’aidant par les outils d'aménagement et d'urbanisme, en recueillant les informations et l'assistance nécessaires auprès des différents services de la commune et de la Daïra, ainsi que l'utilisation des informations géographiques, spatiales et temporelles de la commune et des images satellites de Landsat 5 et 7, puis ils ont été traitées à l'aide de systèmes d'information géographique, puis analysées et interprétées pour donner une image claire du développement de la commune au cours de ces années. Par ailleurs, l’étude s’est focalisée sur les raisons ayant été derrière cette urbanisation accélérée qui a marqué les deux dernières décades. | dc.description.sponsorship | یقوم ھذا البحث على دراسة التطور الحضري لبلدیة بني عزیز في ظل النمو الدیموغرافي الحاصل حیث ركزنا في دراستنا على مدى اتساع الرقعة الحضریة مابین سنتي 2002 و 2022 و مظاھر التحضر من حیث البناء والبنى التحتیة وتنوع أشكالھا و دراسة إحصائیات الزیادة الدیموغرافیة. أبرزت الدراسة التاریخیة للتوسع العمراني في بلدیة بني عزیز الزیادة الكبیرة في المساحة المبنیة خلال العشرین سنة الماضیة، حیث زادت المساحة المبنیة من 200 ھكتار إلى 400 ھكتار. ھذا التطور المسجل في مثل ھذه الفترة الزمنیة القصیرة من خلال مقارنة تطوره خلال 40 عامًا من 1960 إلى 2000 ، یعكس الوتیرة المتسارعة وغیر المتحكم فیھا للتوسع العمراني. أجریت الدراسة بالاستعانة بأدوات التنمیة والتخطیط العمراني و بجمع المعلومات الضروریة و المساعدة من المصالح المختلفة للبلدبة و الدائرة، والاستعانة كذلك بالمعلومات الجغرافیة المكانیة و الزمنیة للبلدیة وصور الأقمار الصناعیة لاندسات 5 و 7 ثم معالجتھا باستعمال نظم المعلومات الجغرافیة ثم تحلیلھا وتفسیرھا لإعطاء صورة موضحة لتطور البلدیة خلال تلك السنوات.كما ركزت الدراسة على الأسباب الكامنة وراء ھذا التطور المتسارع الذي میز العقدین الماضیین. على الرغم من الجوانب الإیجابیة ذات الطابع الاجتماعي للتوسع العمراني، فإن الجوانب السلبیة تجسدت في ندرة العقار والصعوبات الكبیرة للغایة في الإدارة الحضریة ومحیطھا. | |
