Profil en auto-anticorps au cours du lupus érythémateux systémique : étude sur 65 patients lupiques de la région de Sétif

| dc.description | قمنا بتحليل الخصائص المرضية وملاحظة الاجسام المضادة لاثنين واربعين مريضا مصابا بالذئبة الحمراء (.)SLE الأجسام المضادة للانوية ( )ANAتم فحصها بتقنية الاستشعاع المناعي الغير مباشر. اما الاجسام المضادة للأحماض النووية ADNnفقد تم فحصها بتقنية تسمى ELISA؛ الاجسام المضادة لمضادات الانوية (أو مضاد :ENAمضاد ،SMمضاد ،RNPمضاد ،SSAمضاد )SSBتم فحصها بواسطة تقنية .immunodotمعايرة المعقدات المناعية C3 و C4تمت بواسطة تقنية . néphélométrieخلال دراستنا وجدنا ان متوسط العمر لمرضى الذئبة الحمراء يساوي 32.9سنة و أن هذا المرض يصيب رجلا واحدا مقارنة بعشرين امرأة ( .)F/M=20 :1كما أن غالبية الأعراض كانت اصابات روماتيزمية ( ،)٪ 09.16أمراض الدم ( )٪ 56.13واصابات جلدية ( ،)٪ 05.36أما مظاهر الاشعاع الاكثر تواجدا هما المظهر المنقط ( )٪09.16والمتجانس ( .)٪03.83وبالنسبة لمضادات الأحماض النووية، ومضادات SSA مضادات ،RNPومضادات SSBفكانوا بالنسب التالية .٪ 94.03 ،٪ 09.45 ،٪ 43.04 ،٪ 966كل هذه النتائج التي توصلنا اليها تؤكد أن للذئبة الحمراء أشكال سريرية متعددة | |
| dc.description.abstract | We have analysed the clinical features and autoantibody profile of 42 patients with diagnosed systemic lupus erythematous (SLE). Antinuclear antibodies (ANA) were detected by an immunofluorescence method, anti-dsDNA antibodies by ELISA, and anti-extractible nuclear antigens (or anti-ENA: anti-Sm, anti-RNP, anti-SSA and anti-SSB) by immunodot. The determination of the fractions C3, C4 was carried out by nephelometry. The middle age of the patients was 32.9 years and the sex ratio F/M was 20:1. The most common features were rheumatologic (61.90%) hematological (30.95%), and cutaneous (23.80%) disorders. The most aspect were machete (61.90%) and homogeny (28.75%). anti-dsDNA in 100%, antiSSA in 45.24%, anti-RNP in 21.43% and anti-SSB in 14.28%. Our results confirm the clinical polymorphism of SLE. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Nous avons analysé les caractéristiques cliniques et le profil des auto-anticorps de 42 patients atteints d’un lupus érythémateux systémique (LES). Les anticorps antinucléaires (AAN) ont été recherchés par technique d’immunofluorescence indirecte, les anti-ADNn (natif) par une technique Elisa ; les anticorps anti-antigènes nucléaires extractibles(ou anti-ENA : anti-Sm, anti-RNP, anti-SSA, anti-SSB) par immunodot. Le dosage des fractions C3, C4 a été réalisé par néphélométrie. L’âge moyen de nos malades était de 32.9 ans et la sex-ratio F/M de 20:1. Les atteintes rhumatologiques (61.90 %), hématologiques (30.95%) et cutanées (23.80 %) ont été les manifestations cliniques les plus fréquentes. L'aspect moucheté (61.90%) et l'aspect homogène (28.75%) sont les plus fréquents, les anti-ADNn, les anti-SSA les anti-RNP, les anti-SSB représentent respectivement 100%, 45.24%, 21.43%, 14.28%des cas. Tout en confirmant le polymorphisme clinique du LES. | |
