Abstract
إن استمرار النمو العمراني في المراكز الحضرية، وارتفاع درجة استقطاب المدن للسكان الريفيين، وغياب سياسة تنموية شاملة تعمل على خلق توازن بين المدينة والريف وبين شبكات المدن فيما بينها، كلها عوامل أدت إلى نمو عمراني مفرط، وتلاحم المراكز العمرانية، وتعقد الوظائف الحضرية، مما انعكس سلبًا على العديد من الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية، وأثر على تسيير هذه المراكز العمرانية،ومن خلال دراستنا لمدينة رأس الوادي وموقعها المميز، باعتبارها قطب نمو مهمًا يحتل موقعًا استراتيجيًا ومكانة اقتصادية هامة، حيث تتوسط أربعة تجمعات حضرية رئيسية، إضافة إلى نموها العمراني المتسارع الذي أدى إلى استهلاك مجالي كبير من خلال تلاحمها مع المراكز القريبة وتوسعها خارج الحدود الإدارية في بعض الأحيان، تبين لنا أثر ذلك على تسيير هذا المجال الحضري وما فرضه من تحديات متعددة تتعلق بكيفية الموازنة بين الحجم السكاني المتزايد والحاجات اليومية للسكان، الأمر الذي أدى إلى العجز عن تلبيتها وزيادة الضغط على مختلف التجهيزات والشبكات.
Description
The continued urban growth of urban centers, the high degree of urban polarization of the rural population, and the absence of a comprehensive development policy that works to create a balance between the city and the countryside, and between the networks of cities among them, are all factors that led to excessive urban growth, the cohesion of urban centers and the complexity of urban
functions, which were negatively reflected. It affects many economic, social and environmental aspects, and has an impact on the management of these urban centers. Through our study of the city of Ras al-Wadi as a state and its distinctive location as it is considered an important growth pole because it occupies a strategic location and an important economic position, it is in the middle of
four important urban gatherings, and its rapid urban growth, which led to a large area consumption by its cohesion with nearby centers, and its expansion outside Administrative boundaries, in some cases, have shown us the impact of this on the managementof this urban space and its imposition of many challenges in how to balance the growing population size and the daily needs of the population, and this led to the inability to meet them and put pressure on various equipment and networks.
