Abstract
الهدف من الدراسة هو معرفة واقع الفضاءات العمومية في مدينة سطيف، حيث تطرقنا إلى كيفية إيجاد أساليب للتسيير المستدام من أجل النهوض بهذه الفضاءات والارتقاء بها،وقد سمحت لنا هذه الدراسة التحليلية لمدينة سطيف، ولثلاث مناطق دراسة هي: حي 8 ماي 1945 (600 مسكن)، وحي بلير (200 مسكن)، وحظيرة التسلية، بالتعرف على الوضع المتدهور للفضاءات العمومية بالمدينة،وقد كان هذا التدهور ناتجًا بالدرجة الأولى عن عجز الجهات المختصة عن تسيير ومراقبة هذه الفضاءات، وقصور أدوات التهيئة والتعمير، إضافة إلى غياب المشاورة وإشراك السكان في عمليات التهيئة والتخطيط، لذلك ارتأينا تقديم مجموعة من الحلول والتوصيات بهدف النهوض بهذه الفضاءات وتحقيق التسيير المستدام لها

The objective of this study is to know the reality on the public spaces in the city of Setif, of this fact one is brought to find methods of sustainable management and in order to develop and prosper these spaces,This analytical study of the city of Setif, and these three areas of study: Quoted 8 May 1945 (600 housing), Bel Air (200 housing), as well as the park of attractions, have allowed us to consider the degraded state of public spaces in the city,This degradation is caused firstly by the incapacity of the specialized authorities to manage and supervise these spaces, secondly, the incapacity of the instruments of development and urbanism, as well as the absence of communication and consultation of the inhabitants in the operation of development and planning, that's why we proposed some solutions and recommendations in order to raise them to the actors and to realize a sustainable management
