Contribution a l’etude des effets du semis direct sur l’efficience d’utilisation de l’eau et le comportement varietal de la culture de ble en region semi-aride

Abstract

Contribution of to the study effects of no tillage on water use efficiency and the varietal behavior of wheat crop in semi-arid region].The experiment conducted at the Setif ITGC experimental site during the 2010/2011cropping season‚ had two objectives : a short term evaluation of the technique of no tillage as a conservative technique of the water of soil and theirs effects on water use efficiency and the behaviour of four durum genotypes (Triticum durum Desf.) and four bread genotypes (Triticum aestivum L.). The results indicate that no tillage keeps more moisture on surface than in depth‚ change almost nonexistent of bulk density and consequently the soil porosity. Differences of behavior between the tested genotypes that lead to a difference of exploitation of the environmental resources‚ the most interesting results are: the success of the emergence stage of the various genotypes within the framework of no tillage‚ best yields especially for the genotypes Rmada‚ Acsad 901‚ Wifak‚ Waha‚ and Mbb. A progressive evolution of dry matter at the end of cycle thanks to an efficient use of the water.
