Abstract
هذا العمل المقدم تحت عنوان "النقل في مدينة سطيف بين الماضي والحاضر" يتكون من ثلاثة فصول. تناول الفصل الأول الجانب النظري المتعلق بالنقل والمدينة، بينما خُصص الفصل الثاني للدراسة التحليلية لمدينة سطيف من خلال دراسة خصائصها الطبيعية والسكانية وشبكة الطرق الموجودة بها،أما الفصل الثالث، فقد تضمن مقارنة بين وسائل النقل في الماضي، والمتمثلة أساسًا في الحافلات، ووسائل النقل في الحاضر، وعلى رأسها الترامواي. وقد شهدت مدينة سطيف ديناميكية حضرية وتوسعًا عمرانيًا متسارعًا أدى إلى زيادة الطلب على النقل، وظهور العديد من المشكلات، أهمها الاختناقات المرورية. ومن هذا المنطلق ظهر مشروع الترامواي بهدف التخفيف من هذه المشكلات، إلا أنه لم يتمكن من القضاء عليها بشكل كامل بسبب بعض الاختلالات المرتبطة بالتطبيق أو التسيير أو ضعف قدرات التأطير،وفي ختام هذه الدراسة، تم اقتراح مجموعة من الحلول والتوصيات التي من شأنها تحسين نوعية الخدمات وتطوير قطاع النقل بالمدينة.
Description
In this work, which is entitled "Transport in Sétif between the past and the present", is consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, I studied the theoretical aspect related to transport and the city, as the second chapter concerns the analytical study of the city of Sétif in terms of natural and demographic study and the roads that compose it. As for the last chapter, I compared the transport in the past (bus ...), witnesses of the urban dynamics and the development of its urban field, and therefore an increase in the demand for transport, and consequently the emergence of various problems, the most important of which are traffic jams, have arisen; with the tram (transport in the present), came with the aim of eliminating these problems, but it did not eliminate completely due to an imbalance in the application or management or the weak capacities of the supervisors. During this study, solutions were proposed that would improve the quality of service and develop the transport sector.
