| dc.description | تُعتبر التجزئة الحضرية ظاهرة مشتركة بين مختلف دول العالم، ولا سيما في الجزائر، وهي مفهوم يشير إلى الانقطاع المستمر للمجال المادي من جهة، وإلى الاختلال في درجة التماسك الاجتماعي والاقتصادي من جهة أخرى. كما تعكس هذه الظاهرة أبعادًا بسيطة وأخرى معقدة، يتناول هذا البحث المنطقة الجنوبية الشرقية لمدينة سطيف، بهدف تحليل هذا المجال وفقًا للعناصر المكانية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، والعمل على تحقيق قدر أكبر من التماسك داخل هذا النسيج الحضري. وفي الأخير، يقترح البحث تدخلات وظيفية وتنظيمية من شأنها الحد من ظاهرة التجزئة الحضرية وإعادة إدماج هذا المجال ضمن الوسط الحضري لمدينة سطيف. | |
| dc.description.abstract | La fragmentation de l’espace urbain, phénomène apparemment commun à toutes les villes mondiales précisément l’Algérie. Un concept qui réfère à une discontinuité continue de l’espace physique d’une part et un dysfonctionnement dans le degré de cohésion socio-économique d’autre part, de même, il fait allusion à un ensemble de dimension simple et complexe. Ce travail porte sur la zone Sud-Est de la ville de Sétif dans le but d’analyser ce périmètre selon les trois composantes (spatial, social et économique), créer une nouvelle cohésion dans cette espace et enfin l’intervention fonctionnelle et règlementaire pour lever la rupture de site et le réintégrer dans la ville. | |

On the one hand, a concept which refers to a continuous discontinuity of physical space and a dysfunction in the degree of socioeconomic cohesion on the other hand, likewise, it alludes to a set of simple and complex dimensions. The aim of this work is to analyze the perimeter of the southeastern area of the city of Sétif according to the three components (spatial, social and economic), create a new cohesion in this space and finally the functional and regulatory intervention to remove the rupture of the site and reintegrate it into the city. | |
