ÉTUDE DE L’OBSERVANCE THÉRAPEUTIQUE CHEZ LES PATIENTS DIABÉTIQUES AU NIVEAU DU CENTRE DE DIABÈTE DE SÉTIF

Abstract

In this thesis we studied a public health problem which is the therapeutic adherence in diabetics; the main objective of our work was the evaluation of this latter in diabetic patients at the level of the Setif diabetes center. We started with a learning stage by collecting information about diabetes mellitus, its treatment and the adherence therapeutic in general. Then comes a stage of completion, information and treatment of the questionnaires for diabetic patients and the treating doctors of the Setif Diabetes Center; after analyzing these questionnaires, we found that both the patient and his doctor are key players in adherence. We have realized and distributed leaflets to diabetic patients at the Setif diabetes center following an awareness day that was organized at this center to make them aware of their disease to ensure better adherence to their treatment.
